Earuyan Solutions launched Meri Mentorship and Leadership program in partnership with Dereja, a platform established within the operations of Ethiojobs.net. Meri is designed to introduce and match underserved female university students in their last year of studies with experienced Ethiopian women, complimented by a leadership development program. The underlying philosophy behind Meri is that networks are a crucial component of development and we are happy to have 94 Meri participants and Alumni recruited over 3 cohorts.
An evening of poetry and prose that promotes augmenting the voices and perspectives of Ethiopian women through the written word. An annual event, #HerStories features multigenerational women writers of various backgrounds and experiences.
