In Geez, an ancient South Semitic language and precursor to Amharic, Earuyan means equality. Earuyan Solutions is a social justice and impact driven feminist social enterprise supporting organizations and individuals promote gender equality and transformative feminist leadership through tailor-made workshops, convening seminars/forums, undertaking commissioned research, project/programme design and providing content development solutions.
We aim to bring to our clients our unique blend of experience and understanding in gender equality issues, human capacity and organizational development, content research and writing, and social issue based conference/workshop designand facilitation.

African Women Changing the Narrative: Our Story is a UN Women project funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA). The Peace and Security Training Department is one of the departments under the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia – Peace Support Training Center (FDRE – PSTC). The department organized training on Conflict Prevention and Cross – Cutting issues from 6-16 June 2016. During the training, Ms. Billene Seyoum was one of the facilitators/ lecturers involved in the training. Therefore, this is to attest that Ms. Billene Seyoum played very significant role as a lecturer and facilitator especially on gender issues. Selome Taddesse, Executive Director, Yegna project
Yegna project engaged Earuyan Solutions to conduct focus group discussions to get relevant and timely feedback for drama, talk show and music for Yegna Radio Program in Amhara region and Addis Ababa. Feedback was collected on program content, format, behavior change and recommendations for improvement as well as delivery. Ms Bil-lene was the lead researcher for season 7 and season 8 of Yegna radio program. Earuyan Solutions delivered reports of all FGDs along with pictures, videos and audio recordings while presenting the analysis report. Ms Bil-lene performed her pre and post deliverables with excellence, passion and with great commitment. We appreciate her engagement with us throughout the working process and wish to work with her in the future.
